Hello, I’m Sophie, the founder of Life Seed, located in Longmont, Colorado.
“Sophie is kind, caring, and passionate about her work! I can’t recommend her enough. She has helped me identify areas of my life that were out of balance and guided me through gentle changes to restore balance.
She also supported me through the process of getting off of birth control pills. She provided herbal remedies to ease me through the transition. And now I can’t go through a menstrual cycle without her hormone support herbal tea!
Her services have been a wonderful addition to my journey of healing.”

Refill kits: Locked In Reed Blend, 6 reed sticks and a small funnel.
How to Use
Upon receiving your order, start by placing the glass container on a flat surface.
Place the small funnel in its opening.
Gently shake the “Locked In” reed blend in the bottle to mix and then remove the lid.
Slowly pour into glass container, then gently swish around in the glass container
Place three reed sticks into the glass container.
I enjoy swishing my glass container once a week and flipping the reed sticks for a fresh aroma. I would recommend switching to the new set of reed sticks around halfway through the reed blend.

These are water propagated clippings from my personal plant collection.
You simply need to place the clipping in good quality soil in a small pot to begin with. Provide plenty of water, especially in the beginning, and see how they like the sunlight that you have available.
Ever since my sister gave me a clipping of hers years ago, the idea of sharing a mother plant has really stuck with me and I hope to pass that forward to you :)
Clippings are free, just pay shipping if you don’t live nearby :)
