The three essential oils in this blend, Peppermint Mentha x piperita, Eucalyptus Eucalyptus globulus, and Lavender Lavandula angustifolia work together to naturally balance stimulation and relaxation. While peppermint and eucalyptus work to open airways and energize the mind, lavender calms the nervous system, creating a balance blend that clears congestion and relives tension without feeling too heavy or too sharp. When these essential oils are diluted in a carrier oil (Headache Roller) and applied to tension points they work to cool pain while calming stress making them amazing for headache relief.
How To Use
Inhaler:
Unscrew the cover of the inhaler
Hold the inhaler just below one nostril and gently inhale for a count of 3-5 seconds
Repeat on the other nostril
Cover when not in use to preserve the aroma
Headache Roller (Pulse Points - wrists, temples, neck and/or behind ears):
Unscrew the cap from roller
Roll onto skin 2-3 times daily
Place cap back on
Room Spray:
Shake bottle well
Remove cap
Spray 2-3 pumps into the center of the room
Replace cap

The Locked In Reed Blend includes four essential oils: Rosemary Salvia rosmarinus , Sweet Orange Citrus sinensis, Peppermint Mentha xpiperita and Lavender Lavandula angustifolia. Rosemary is known to promote clear thoughts, Sweet orange uplifts mood, Peppermint brings clarity and alertness, while Lavender works to bring all of the aromas together.
Full kits: Glass container, 6 reed sticks, the Locked In Reed Blend and a small funnel for easy pouring.

How to Use
Upon receiving your order, start by placing the glass container on a flat surface.
Place the small funnel in its opening.
Gently shake the “Locked In” reed blend in the bottle to mix and then remove the lid.
Slowly pour into glass container, then gently swish around in the glass container
Place three reed sticks into the glass container.
I enjoy swishing my glass container once a week and flipping the reed sticks for a fresh aroma. I would recommend switching to the new set of reed sticks around halfway through the reed blend.
