Aromatherapy Inhalers and Room Spray combine ancient aromatherapy practices with modern, portable convenience. I recommend my Cool & Crisp Aroma Collection for a cooling fresh aroma that helps clear nasal congestion, while also promoting relaxation.
The three essential oils in this blend, Peppermint Mentha x piperita, Eucalyptus Eucalyptus globulus, and Lavender Lavandula angustifolia work together to naturally balance stimulation and relaxation. While peppermint and eucalyptus work to open airways and energize the mind, lavender calms the nervous system, creating a balance blend that clears congestion and relives tension without feeling too heavy or too sharp. When these essential oils are diluted in a carrier oil (Headache Roller) and applied to tension points they work to cool pain while calming stress making them amazing for headache relief.
How To Use

Aromatherapy Inhalers, Rollers and Room Spray combine ancient aromatherapy practices with modern, portable convenience. I recommend my Earth Essence Aroma Collection for stress reduction, anxiety relief and mood enhancement.
The three essential oils in this blend, Rose Rosa damascena, Lavender Lavandula angustifolia, and Bergamot Citrus aurantium var. bergamia work together to create a natural sedative for the nervous system by utilizing aromatic compounds that directly affect the brain’s emotional center. Inhaling these oils, or topically applying them to your skin can reduce cortisol (stress hormone) levels and decreases sympathetic nervous system activity while enhancing the parasympathetic nervous system.

“The rose scent is by far my favorite that I have found! I loved it so much I got more as gifts. It’s clearly a quality product and I love that when I received them there were these sweet little crocket hearts added to my order that you can spray and they hold the scent for so long. I’m obsessed.”
